The Production Systems Platform (PSP) brings together globally operating manufacturing companies from different industrial sectors to shape the future of Production Systems. Within the PSP, the participating companies engage in a one-and-a-half-day PSP Connect event and three consecutive one-day meetings. During the platform's annual cycle, the participating companies are guided by strong theoretical models, defining and discussing focus topics and getting the latest insights into production system research. Ultimately, selected results generated within the platform are published in the annual St.Gallen Production Systems Platform White Paper.
How do organizations develop their managers to embrace the right leadership culture? How can the digital integration be managed systematically? How can production systems be sustained over time? And how do you design and implement an effective production system performance measurement system?
Find your answers to these questions in the 2024 volume of the St.Gallen Production Systems Platform White Paper.
