Platform business model innovation

We are currently looking for ambitious students who want to write their Bachelor or Master thesis in cooperation with WinGD about the topic of platform business models innovation.

Scope of the thesis
As part of our ambitious digital strategy, we are looking for active support in the conception of a platform business model for WinGD. The aim is to find new use-cases that can be offered to customers as smart services. Based on internal and external ideas and requirements, a concept, implementation and go-to-market plan is to be developed.
 
Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
  • Literature and market research
  • Preparation, conduction and post-processing of interviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in PMO directly reporting to the Project Lead
  • Coordination of activities with external research partner ITEM-HSG
  • Summary of findings and presentation to project lead and management

Your profile
  • Perfect command in English and German
  • Currently enrolled in a business or (industrial) engineering program at a University or University of Applied Sciences
  • Previous experience in an industrial environment
