A one-day conference to celebrate 15 years of St.Gallen OPEX Benchmarking

This one-day conference will not only draw on the development of Operational Excellence (OPEX) in the pharmaceutical industry but provide first-hand insights on the current state and the latest research results. Hereby, we would like to celebrate the 15th anniversary of our St.Gallen OPEX Benchmarking approach. In addition to these research perspectives, guest speakers will share their impressions of the industry’s pathway to OPEX. Therefore, participants - no matter if they are new to OPEX or already engaged in their OPEX journey - will experience what it takes to become World Class in manufacturing.

Additionally, we will publish a new Quality Control Lab book "Quality Control Lab: A Crucial Contributor to Pharmaceutical Value Creation and Quality System Performance" together with the Editio Cantor Verlag (ECV) this summer. Participants of this conference will get a freshly printed book for free.

Today, our benchmarking database consists of more than 370 manufacturing sites from over 140 different pharmaceutical companies, thus representing the largest independent OPEX benchmarking database in the pharmaceutical industry – worldwide. Registration is binding. Once your registration is confirmed, you are obliged to pay the full price selected above. If you are not able to attend the conference you can choose a substitute to participate instead without any extra charge. The full name of this person and other contact details (as stated above) must be sent via e-mail to mark.grothkopp@unisg.ch. Cancellations up until the 25th of September, 2020, are free of charge. Afterward, cancellations until the 11th of November, 2020, will be charged with 50% of the full price selected above. Later cancellations are not possible. By cancelling your participation, you will not receive the new QC Lab book. If you wish to cancel your participation you have to send an e-mail to mark.grothkopp@unisg.ch containing the exact full name that you registered with.
In case of a cancellation or postponement of the event, you can convert your ticket into a St.Gallen Benchmarking voucher or receive a 100% refund.
