The Institute of Technology Management in partnership with Dun & Bradstreet has launched the most comprehensive study of pharmaceutical quality management practices throughout the world. Funded by the U.S. Food and  Drug Administration, the study aims to show the current state of operational excellence & quality management practices in pharmaceutical production. We strive to analyze operational data from pharmaceutical estabilshments across 52 countries worldwide. To conduct this research, a streamlined version of the legacy Operational Excellence & Quality benchmarking has been developed. Every participating production site receives a custom benchmarking report highlighting its current performance in comparison to a relevant and tailored peergroup.
