In the context of Industry 4.0, manufacturing is increasingly data-based. Excel or BI-Tools support managers in using this data for their manufacturing related decisions, usually on site-level only.
In this Innosuisse Project, we want to bring manufacturing decision support to the next, i.e. cross-site, level. Our vision is a tool that processes and analyses strategically relevant data from all the sites in your International Manufacturing Network (IMN).
We also support you in improving your IMN while developing the concept for the tool.
The Innosuisse project is going to be a joint development with other Swiss industry companies and an Industry 4.0 specialist for software solutions.
