Neuro and experimental entrepreneurship is an innovative field that merges neuroscience methods to understand the underlying mechanisms of decisions in the context of entrepreneurship. This interdisciplinary field offers hands-on experiments and the analysis of biological samples to explore the 'black box' of the brain. Our research focuses on the health of entrepreneurs, examining both their physical and mental well-being. We explore longevity by studying factors like cellular aging, metabolic health, and lifestyle interventions. Our investigation includes optimizing sleep patterns, nutritional strategies, and analyzing advanced health indicators such as cortisol levels and digital health metrics. Additionally, we study the impact of physical activity on overall health and performance. Our goal is to scientifically explain how these factors influence the quality of life and success of entrepreneurs.
