The 2^nd Expert Forum: Global Production took place on 04^th October 2018 in Stuttgart. As in 2016, it has been organised by the Group of Global Production Networks from the division of Production Management at ITEM-HSG in collaboration with the RWTH Aachen WZL and the KTI wbk from Karlsruhe

Next Level Production Networks - the expert forum highlighted current trends in the management of global production networks. More than 50 experts in the field of manufacturing networks, both from science and industry, discussed the challenges and opportunities regarding industry 4.0 and global production.
