The second edition of the “Smart Services Summit” took place in Zurich on Friday, 13 September 2019. The event was hosted by the Swiss Alliance for Data-Intensive Services and co-organized by ZHAW and HS Lucerne. The summit attracted over two dozen participants from industry and academia, fostering fruitful discussions between both perspectives.
The meeting was focused on the exchange topic "Life Cycle, Change Management & Optimized Lab Operations". During numerous presentations and interactive workshop sessions the participating companies shared and exchanged many successful practices.
