Next year, we are organizing the 5th Global Production Expert Forum on the 16th of May 2024 together with the Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL from Aachen and the wbk Institut für Produktionstechnik at KIT in Karlsruhe.
The fifth edition of the forum will focus on the key question "Global Production under a New Paradigm - Shaping the Future of Global Production Networks".
The event is aimed at managers who are responsible for planning and designing production networks. Keynote speeches by leading research institutions and high-ranking industry representatives will highlight current trends, success factors and methods of global production. In addition to the scientific presentations, high-ranking industry speakers will report on challenges and solutions from practice. Both the scientific presentations and those motivated by practical experience will serve as an impetus for discussion and networking between the forum participants as well as the concluding panel discussion between the speakers.
