Global Production Academy 2023: Site Visit at Miele
On Tuesday, the Global Production Academy (GPA) visited the Miele production facility in Gütersloh - a facility with over 100 years of history. We discussed a simple question: "How do you drive the strategic development of manufacturing plants".
