Mode of Interaction
In 2012, we launched an exchange group focused on Operational Excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. The platform allows the participants to share and learn from successful practices of pharmaceutical companies. It combines presentations, workshops, site visits, and in-depth discussions between global OPEX specialist and network excellence leaders with other specialists from pharmaceutical companies. In total, four 2-days meetings per year are planned. In the first meeting, the topics for the year are defined.
Objective
We want to enable the industry to discuss the exchange topics that are most relevant for the participants. The participants are able to define the topics themselves. Our goal is to allow better problem solving in each of the participants' organizations. This year's focus topics included: Continuous Improvement Culture, Leadership Behavior, OPEX and Digitalization, and Strategy Deployment among others.
Timeline
In 2023, the kick-off meeting will take place on 28th and 29th of March. The dates for the following meetings are:
- Meeting 2: June 6th and 7th
- Meeting 3: Septemeber 19th and 20th
- Meeting 4: November 28th and 29th
