Global Production Academy 2024: Site Visit at Palfinger

Last week, we wrapped up this year’s Global Production Academy (GPA) in collaboration with the wbk Institut für Produktionstechnik, KIT with an inspiring fourth site visit to PALFINGER AG in Lengau.

The focus of the day was on factory success factors. Together with our cross-industry consortium, we explored how production plants are strategically planned, integrated into the broader network, and what drives their success. 

A heartfelt thank you to PALFINGER AG for hosting this insightful and engaging session, and to all the participants who made this year’s GPA a success. We are excited to kick off the next round in March 2025!
